News: Why Tony Parker is Suing W.I.P. Club Over Drake/Chris Brown's Fight

Tony Parker, NBA baller and ex husband of Desperate Housewives' Eva Longoria has filed a $20 million dollar lawsuit against the club where Chris Brown's and Drake's camps fought.

What has that got to do with him right?

Apparently Tony Parker was at the club that night and sustained an injury to his cornea during the fight and may not be making it to the olympics because of this. So he is suing the club where it all went down.  In a lawsuit filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday, Tony claims the W.I.P club in downtown Manhattam was negligent in security and supervision, resulting in his injury and wants the club to pay him $20M for his pain and suffering!  

And with the injury to his cornea briefly sidelining him in Paris, the baller seems to have a good case.
