While Alicia Keys wore hers at the Fall 2012 Stella McCartney Fashion Show in Paris this past March in her post-baby curves which she paired also with Stella McCartney's black & white pointed toe pumps with a black clutch from the same collection and only a pair of studs for earrings, Mel B. was spotted in the same Stella McCartney dress yeaterday as she left the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, England. The British hottie was on her way to guest judge the "X-Factor" auditions. And she paired her look with black Versace pumps, small earrings, a diamond bracelet and her wedding ring.
