We came across this FABulous collection by Stella Jean. Stella Jean is a new emerging designer full of raw talent. Born in Rome with Caribbean origins her new collection for Spring/Summer 2012 is a fusion of traditional African fabrics with a contemporary twist.
The ‘wax and stripes philosophy’ behind the collection is meant to represent the social mosaic composition in which multiculturalism is treated with a consciousness of traditions. The print on print over-load combined with laid back styling is right on trend for this spring/summer.
