Nigerian designer, Washington Roberts(Read about him
here) recently launched his new collection for Autumn/Winter 2012.
Last week he held a presentation for the collection at Bryant Park Hotel, Cellar Bar, Manhattan. The dark and romantic setting was the perfect backdrop for this new collection as it is made up of metallic silks, plush leathers and raw silk tweeds. This dreamy collection is executed through dimensional layering and angled tailoring to create a collection that portrays a new meaning to edgy sophistication.
This collection is designed for women who appreciate an easy transition of day-to-night wear.
