RED CARPET: THE CLAN (RAMP-AGE) FASHION SHOW at DEOLA SAGOE FLAGSHIP STORE

     A red carpet event entails Light, Camera and action on all things glam. Cocktails were served for everyone as they socialized outside before the show kicked off. The show proper started with a performance by Davido and then the models strutting down the distinct runway with fresh and modern CLAN designs. The CLAN designs are” targeted at the edgy, style conscious teenage to thirties demographic and this particular collection inspired by the 1950s is for the free spirited and young at heart” says 14yr old Tiwa. Bra-lets, high waisted print shorts, Ankara bustiers, casual lounge dresses and swim wear, as well as chiffon shirts(designs motivated by the Deola Sagoe jeans range) and dainty lace skirts. They played with bold blocks of colours in different shades and patterns to compliment the colour-blocking season. Though inspired by their mother’s “Vintage collection 2010”, a throwback to the classic 50s pin up girl look, it was very chic, clean and modern.
