Celebrities: The Jenner - Kardashian Khristmas Kard(Behind the scenes pictures inserted)

It's that time of year again and as usual, the Kardashians and their extended families are stirring a lot of controversy with their annual Christmas card which comes in 3D this year

Years ago they let Ryan Seacrest (aka the man behind the start of their reality empire) be in their family holiday photo but this year’s card leaves the controversy of that one in the dust.

The whole clan got together for one mega-holiday shot, which doesn't really scream Christmas, but does make two bold statement.

1. It’s in 3D

2. Kim Kardashian stands alone. At first, we thought Kris Humphries, her hubby of 72 days, was photo shopped out. But, it turns out this was shot right AFTER their divorce was announced, so there was no need for any help in editing. Although Kim will be spending the kristmas as a single woman, she put her blog this morning -

‘Here it is! Our 2011 Kardashian/Jenner family Christmas card!!! ‘It was shot by the amazing Nick Saglimbeni and there’s a special 3D version that you can view with 3D glasses. What do you guys think? ‘I love our family Christmas cards shoots and I think this one looks amazing!’

Kim Kardashian wears a 70s flare palazzo paired with sequin jacket and a bow tie. Spot Mason with hands in pocket.

Kendall & Kylie dressed like the teenagers they are, although she showed off some of her catwalk legs in a tiered skirt and a sheer black top over a white shirt, while 14 year ofld Kylie wore her killer pair of louboutins with a black suit and a pussy bow blouse.

Super - adorable mason poses in his suspenders and black pants like a don, while his pregnant mum opted for a leather pencil skirt, white shirt, fur and kinky metallic-trimmed heels that she slipped on over stocking socks and his dad a pair of well tailored gentleman's suit.

These two people look very plastic although they completely pulled off the "Blue Steel" poses well. Kris wears a sparkly, kinky blue dress.

The men – Rob Kardashian, 24, Bruce Jenner, 62, Khloe’s basketballer husband Lamar Odom, 32, and Kourtney’s partner Scott Disick, 28 – all wore sharp tuxedos for the occasion.

Of course, Kim is spending the holiday season as a single woman following her split from husband Kris Humphries earlier this year. She had initially intended to release Christmas cards featuring her wedding photo and even placed an order with a high-end stationery company. But she was forced to rethink her season’s greetings after filing for divorce just 72 days into their marriage.

Khloe, meanwhile, is adjusting to a new life in Texas following her NBA star husband’s transfer to the Dallas Mavericks player. The couple are currently hunting for an apartment in the city.
