HiTV broke and gone bankrupt?

It's no news that HiTV lost their Premiereship deal to DSTV.
Was it because they couldn't come up with the bid prize that was offered?
Well, that's what 'they' said.
Yesterday afternoon at about 12noon, some people from GTBank, their lawyers and some police officers stormed the Lagos premises of Toyin Subair's HiTV, and locked the place up without giving much explanation to staff, who were given just a few minutes to vacate the office building.
Lots of surprised stares and reactions but no one could explain why.
But why else will a bank and their lawyers come with some security and lock up your office. 
Forgot to pay your loan? 
I pray whatever it is to be sorted out asap, b ecause HiTV is one of my favorite satellite TV in Nigeria..
